Unify Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive top-line revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. The role involves owning the full sales lifecycle and collaborating with teams to create winning proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
- Hunt for new logos across mid-to-large enterprises in the U.S. region
- Convert pipeline opportunities into revenue with aggressive sales execution
- Partner with delivery and solution teams to craft winning proposals and demos
- Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts via CRM tools
Requirements:
- Proven track record of closing $500K–$2M+ IT service deals in the U.S
- Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, or platform engineering services
- Consultative selling mindset with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of U.S. enterprise tech buying behavior and sales cycles
