Synapse Health is a company focused on streamlining the durable medical equipment process, managing various operational aspects to improve service delivery. They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for multiple business functions, providing expertise in people strategy, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders, providing coaching and counsel on people strategy, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business functions, owning all people-related matters end to end
- Partner with leaders on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Lead and support organizational design and transformation efforts, ensuring structures, roles, and capabilities align with business goals
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, assess organizational health, and deliver insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes
- Assess team effectiveness, engagement, and operating models, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
- Drive the planning and execution of key People programs, including talent reviews, compensation planning, workforce management, engagement surveys, and leadership development initiatives
- Partner closely with the broader People team to design and implement scalable, high-impact programs and policies that attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Leverage HR technology and systems to improve decision-making, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen People Operations capabilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee relations matters, conducting investigations as needed and partnering with leadership to resolve issues effectively and consistently
- Champion and support a strong Performance Management culture, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous improvement across teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders
- Experience in high-growth, high-volume environments with diverse employee populations and complex employee relations needs
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leadership
- Demonstrated success driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills, judgment, and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Experience working with Paylocity or similar HRIS platforms
