TradeBeyond is a leading supply chain platform that has been advancing efficiency and sustainability in retail sourcing for over 20 years. They are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing programs aimed at driving awareness and revenue growth among enterprise customers across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PR and media relations : Build and maintain relationships with industry journalists, analysts to elevate brand authority globally
- Own and grow TradeBeyond media presence (primarily LinkedIn) : Develop executive and company-level content calendars, manage organic posting, client engagement, event amplification to increase reach, engagement, and lead gen
- Strategy Development : Create and implement global field marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and cater to enterprise customers in key regions
- Regional Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of localized marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives tailored to the specific needs and preferences of target markets in North America, Europe, and Asia
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for field marketing initiatives
- Market Research and Analysis : Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing campaign strategies and messaging
- Budget Management : Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns and events
- Performance Measurement : Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and deliver value to participants
- Content Development : Collaborate with content teams to develop relevant marketing collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials that resonate with enterprise customers
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry targeting enterprise customers
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs across multiple regions
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, sales processes, and enterprise customer dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing program effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- MBA preferred
