Ladders is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager - High Tech Client to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Real Estate & Construction space while collaborating cross-functionally and taking ownership of priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Implement real estate plans aligned with client's strategic goals
- Negotiate business terms and conditions as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
- Coordinate sale negotiations through field brokers, including leases and renewals
- Locate and secure new properties within client timelines
- Disposition of surplus space through various methods
- Track transaction activities and document savings results
- Maintain a project tracking system for timely transaction completion
Requirements:
- Real Estate salesperson license required
- Strong leadership skills to motivate team and improve quality and efficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive nature
- Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience; equivalent education and experience considered
