Arena Club is pioneering the collectibles domain with a digital marketplace for sports cards and memorabilia. They are seeking a Marketing Partnerships Manager to scale their partnership strategy with creators, teams, leagues, and sports properties, managing relationships and driving brand awareness and user acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Account Management – Act as the primary point of contact for our network of partners. Foster deep, authentic relationships to ensure Arena Club remains their preferred brand partner
- Strategic Partnership Management – Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing partnership strategy across creators, teams, leagues and sports properties. Manage an existing portfolio of high-value partners while aggressively identifying and onboarding new opportunities
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring – Take part in the negotiations for long term contracts, performance based partnerships, and multi platform activations across creators and sports organizations. Ensure all deal structures align with ROI targets, brand standards, and growth priorities
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with the internal Partnerships and Influencer Team to align content with product launches, engineering updates, and broader marketing initiatives
- Campaign Optimization – Move beyond execution to analysis. Track and evaluate KPIs including CPA, ROAS, ARPU, CAC, and community sentiment, using insights to refine strategy and optimize partnership spend for maximum brand and growth impact
- Brand Advocacy & Creative Direction – Partner with creators, teams, and properties to develop compelling, tech forward content concepts that resonate with their audiences while maintaining brand voice, integrity, and consistency
- Market Leadership – Serve as an internal expert on creator economy trends, sports partnerships, emerging platforms, and competitive activity, helping keep Arena Club ahead of the market
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, talent management, sales, or brand partnerships, preferably within a tech or consumer-product environment
- Proven track record of managing and scaling large-scale creator programs and negotiating complex contracts
- Experience partnering closely with sales or revenue teams to support pipeline growth, client acquisition, or go to market initiatives through partnerships
- Deep understanding of social platform algorithms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch) and how they impact brand visibility
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
- Existing relationships within the influencer and agency landscape
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment
- Exceptional communication and 'people' skills—you know how to speak the language of both creators and corporate stakeholders
