1Point1 is a publicly traded, global operations company looking to expand its US sales team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting target accounts, managing an outbound pipeline, and converting leads into booked meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target accounts via cold email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and manage your outbound pipeline daily — treat it like your own business
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings that close
- Work directly with Account Executives on handoffs — clean, context-rich, no leads thrown over a wall
- Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
- Maintain accurate CRM data — every activity logged, every deal stage current
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quota (be ready to show numbers)
- Strong written communication — your outbound gets replies, not ignored
- Comfortable with rejection; relentless on follow-up without being reminded
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
- BPO or SaaS sales background is a plus, not a requirement
