They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help grow their presence in hospitals and health systems by identifying prospective stakeholders and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify target hospitals and health system stakeholders
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Build relationships with key stakeholders such as infection prevention leaders, OR directors, and hospital executives
- Schedule introductory meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Generate new opportunities for the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity tracking in CRM
- Support the sales team in preparing for meetings and customer conversations
- Develop a deep understanding of hospital structures and decision makers
- Identify champions and stakeholders across infection prevention, OR leadership, and hospital administration
- Prepare briefing notes and account insights for the sales team
- Use AI tools and modern SaaS platforms to research prospects and personalize outreach
- Quickly learn and adopt new tools for CRM, automation, and sales intelligence
- Help improve outreach efficiency using technology and automation
- Assist with outreach and meeting coordination for conferences and industry events
