The Pharmacy Assistant Lead plays an important role in leading the pharmacy billing function and acting as the first point of contact for various questions related to batch billing process, prescription continuity workflow, and special authority. This position will also support the training of new hires, alongside the Training Lead and Assistant Pharmacy Manager. This role supports pharmacy assistants and billing staff, leads quality assurance initiatives, and works closely with pharmacists, third-party payers, and compliance teams to reduce billing errors, rejected claims, and audit risk.

Compensation Range: $19 to $21 per hour with a $2 Lead premium for all hours of work. Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience.
Location: This is on-site role at our 8525-8501 Commerce Court, Burnaby, BC location.
