Our brand‑new small format tackle store is launching and we’re on the hunt for a hands‑on Assistant Store Manager, to help build it from the ground up. Perfect for an experienced ASM or a standout Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up.
You’ll bring strong people leadership, a love of fishing, and a safety‑first mindset while leading a team of around 12. This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves, on‑the‑floor role where you’ll coach, inspire and help create a winning team culture from day one.
