Client HR Business Partner

ADP is hiring a Field Based Client HR Business Partner/Relationship Manager.

 

**This role work from home with preference to candidates in Northwest Ohio.  Would also consider any part of Northern Ohio.
**This role requires travel by car to visit clients in person.  Minimal overnight travel.  Travel is about 30% of the time.

• In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to our small business clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Key areas of focus include:
HR Consultative Support to Client Executive Leaders and Decision Makers
 
The development/ongoing management of strong, productive relationships with executive level client contacts (for example: Business Owner, CEO, CFO, CHRO), and collaborative efforts with ADP Sales, Service, Implementation teams and any other functional team as required in order solve client problems, retain business, and receive high customer satisfaction ratings.
 
The position demands a strong combination of account management/relationship building skills and business/financial acumen. Success in this role can be defined by year-over-year increases in metrics related to: customer satisfaction indexes, client retention rates, reference ability, and exceptional HRBP client survey results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

 

Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. Clients will bring you their HR challenges and you will make recommendations to solve for those challenges. You will solve client problems -- taking a broad perspective to identify solutions. You will work independently to resolve issues. You will also work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and guidance on ADP solutions. You'll help our clients strategically plan how they will leverage their ADP Solution to achieve business goals.

 

Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use your strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues. You will set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of "Integrity is Everything."

 

Provide Recommendations and Educate. You will interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients. You will share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.

 

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

• Ability to travel to see clients 
• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service/account relationship management or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
         Experience noted above, OR
