The Business Analyst (Salesforce/nCino) will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and support the design and optimization of Salesforce and nCino solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs
- Translate requirements into functional specifications
- Support the design and optimization of Salesforce and nCino solutions
- Ensure systems align with business processes, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud)
- Strong working knowledge of nCino—especially modules such as Commercial Loan Origination or Portfolio Management
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional requirements using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder)
- nCino certifications or implementation experience with a certified partner
- Background in banking processes (credit underwriting, loan origination, onboarding, KYC, operations)
- Experience with data tools (SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader, SQL, ETL platforms)
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and middleware platforms
