Zendra Lending is a company focused on providing speed, clarity, and reliable execution in lending. They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to manage inbound borrower interest and help create a structured sales pipeline while working directly with the founders.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound borrower leads and run the first conversation with confidence
- Qualify borrowers, understand deal context, and determine which opportunities deserve immediate attention
- Maintain disciplined follow-up so promising deals continue moving through the funnel
- Coordinate with founders to move qualified deals into underwriting and closing
- Help build the first repeatable inbound sales process
Requirements:
- You communicate clearly and can create urgency without sounding robotic or pushy
- You are comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity and helping build process rather than inheriting it
- You can move between relationship building, qualification, and operational follow-through
- You are hungry, disciplined, and excited to learn about real estate and lending
- Experience in real estate, finance, or lending is helpful but not required
