Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global strategies to enhance service value, utilizing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Drive revenue growth through expert pricing strategies, service packaging, and promotional tactics tailored to diverse market needs
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Support teams to identify upselling opportunities and ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze service usage trends and KPIs to inform product development and provide actionable business updates to senior leadership
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and vendors to strengthen the service ecosystem and maintain a competitive edge
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service launches, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
- Articulate complex ideas persuasively to internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in services product management or marketing, ideally within tech or telecommunications
- Proven success in launching new services and translating complex data into strategic growth
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- MBA preferred
