They are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to guide product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and competitive differentiation across their technology portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop positioning & messaging for cybersecurity, AI, cloud, IoT, and IT optimization solutions
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new releases and product enhancements
- Build high‑impact sales enablement : battlecards, pitch decks, demos, playbooks
- Partner with Product, Engineering & Sales throughout the product lifecycle
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis using tools like Gong, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Create high‑quality content: datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, POVs, and web copy
- Influence product direction using customer insights and market trends
- Represent Claro through webinars, presentations, and thought‑leadership content
Requirements:
- 7–9 years of B2B product marketing or product management experience
- Experience in AI, cybersecurity, cloud, IoT, or managed IT services
- Strong U.S. market experience
- Proven success in developing technical B2B value propositions
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Strong writer able to create technical, customer‑ready content
- CRM & marketing tools experience (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, etc.)
- MBA
- CPMM certification
- Experience with enterprise buyers
- Experience working in a solutions‑based environment
