Quest Software is an award-winning IT management software provider seeking a Project Program Management Consultant to support their Platform Management group. The role involves overseeing a team through project management processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manages people, projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
- Development of SLAs and KPis for team
- Conducts periodic reviews to ensure team's work is on track and conducts ongoing audits
- Ensures all process documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
- Utilizes relevant tools, systems, and applications
- Defines supporting and/or drive process improvements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of related experience or combination of work experience and education
- Undergraduate degree highly desired
- Must know the Office 365 applications
- Problem solving ability is a must as well as being able to work independently
