AMZ Advisers is a full-service eCommerce consultancy helping brands scale profitably across Amazon and other global marketplaces. The Sales Account Executive will own the client journey from initial contact to long-term retention, working with founders and marketing leaders to diagnose growth challenges and close consulting engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their business and growth challenges
- Present consulting solutions and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Handle common sales objections such as budget concerns, existing agency relationships, and timing
- Close consulting engagements and guide clients through onboarding
- Consistently follow up with leads via email, text, social media and LinkedIn to maintain momentum through the pipeline
- Distribute and personalize relevant content to prospects based on their stage and growth challenges
- Continuously develop and refine sales pitch messaging based on call insights and market feedback
- Build and manage your outreach sequences to ensure no lead goes cold
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for your client portfolio owning issues, escalations, and relationship continuity
- Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to assess satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, generate referrals and strengthen retention
- Onboard new clients by facilitating a smooth handoff and ensuring alignment on program expectations and next steps
- Execute cross-sell motions to existing clients, introducing additional programs and services as appropriate
- Document pipeline activity, call notes, and client interactions in CRM; maintain clean records at all stages
Requirements:
- Proven success selling consulting services, agency services, or high-ticket B2B services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Experience working with international clients or global businesses
- Experience selling into eCommerce brands or consumer product companies
