HiTHIUM Energy Storage is revolutionizing the energy sector with innovative solutions in battery energy storage systems. They are seeking a Sr. Manager to lead the growth of the Data Centers segment by developing strategies, identifying market needs, and nurturing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop our strategy and action plans for the Data Center ecosystem
- Identify and evaluate market needs and tailor our strategies to meet those needs
- Identify, nurture, and develop strategic partners
- Negotiate relevant agreements with such partners, leading to increased sales and/or investments
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, R&D, Marketing, and other functions
- Stay abreast of the Data Center landscape, value chain, and policies that are rapidly evolving and apply that know how to grow our business
Requirements:
- Batchelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or sales roles
- Hands-on experience in starting and growing new lines of business within a larger company
- Proven ability to sell concepts within a company and to external partners
- Ability to quickly learn and establish relationships
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Master's degree
- Experience in Data Center operations or power development would be a plus
- Familiar with BESS, Power conversion, and/or UPS applications
