Roe AI is building the AI analyst for AML, risk, and compliance teams. They are seeking a founding Sales Development Representative to help build pipeline from the ground up, working directly with the CEO to identify target accounts and qualify prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage outbound prospect lists across fintech, payments, and financial services
- Run high-quality outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and book meetings for the founding sales motion
- Attend conferences and industry events to source pipeline
- Partner closely with the CEO on messaging, targeting, and follow-up
- Capture market feedback and share learnings with product and leadership
- Help build the repeatable playbooks, systems, and habits of an early GTM team
