Broadband Dynamics is a rapidly growing telecommunications carrier and software company that provides Voice services and Voice-centric Software as a Service (SaaS) applications to large enterprise customers worldwide. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, focusing on developing new business within mid-market and enterprise-level organizations and managing a pipeline of prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and networking (100–150 daily connections)
- Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify and engage key decision makers
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos that clearly communicate our value
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Business Development, or Inside Sales roles with proven closing success
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts, with comfort handling longer, more strategic sales cycles
- Naturally curious and investigative - skilled at researching and identifying the right prospects
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident and professional
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
