MyOme is a company dedicated to providing clinically actionable genetic information to patients, utilizing advanced AI methods and digital tools. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives for their Proactive Health and Rare Disease portfolios, focusing on integrated campaigns to increase awareness and engage healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and third-party paid media platforms
- Support demand generation and awareness initiatives for MyOme’s Proactive Health and Rare Disease offerings
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
- Develop targeted campaigns to reach healthcare providers, clinical partners, and healthcare organizations
- Support marketing initiatives that educate providers on MyOme’s genomic insights and clinical value
- Manage and execute email campaigns through HubSpot, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, automation workflows, and reporting
- Optimize nurture programs and provider engagement campaigns
- Manage website-related marketing initiatives including creation and optimization of landing pages, campaign pages, and updates supporting product launches and campaigns
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a high-performing digital presence
- Coordinate digital promotion and follow-up campaigns supporting conferences, webinars, and field events
- Align digital activities with event marketing strategy and sales engagement
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across healthcare and industry platforms
- Evaluate channel performance and recommend improvements to maximize campaign ROI
- Track campaign performance and generate reports on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, enhance content performance, and streamline marketing workflows
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns using modern marketing technologies and experimentation frameworks
- Partner with product marketing, sales, medical affairs, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign priorities
- Contribute to integrated marketing initiatives across MyOme’s portfolio
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Experience running campaigns across social media, email, and paid digital channels
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing website content and landing page creation
- Strong analytical and campaign performance optimization skills
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools or workflows to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience marketing to healthcare providers (HCPs), clinicians, or healthcare systems
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, biotech, or life sciences
- Familiarity with conference and event marketing
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth healthcare company
- Experience marketing in genomics, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, or digital health strongly preferred
