The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and developing comprehensive advertising and marketing initiatives to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen market positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the company’s overall advertising and marketing strategies to support sales growth and brand consistency
- Managing the marketing budget
- Analyzing local market conditions
- Conducting competitive research to inform strategic planning
- Overseeing the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including direct mail, email marketing, trade shows, customer events, and training sessions
- Managing the company's social media presence
- Coordinating with external media outlets for print, radio, TV, and web advertising
- Maintaining brand messaging across all channels
- Supporting division managers in identifying local market opportunities
- Assisting in planning vendor-sponsored marketing events
- Procuring advertising materials
- Monitoring promotional effectiveness
- Ensuring consistent branding across retail signage and digital platforms
- Researching and securing high-resolution images
- Writing compelling copy
- Increasing online visibility to boost community awareness
- Occasional travel to markets, seminars, and events is required
- Working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet campaign deadlines and organizational needs
Requirements:
- A minimum of a four-year degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and other tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
