iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90% of Americans every month. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to identify and solicit new business, engaging with clients to discuss advertising opportunities across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment alongside a collaborative and growing SDR team
- Execute daily outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other outreach channels (75+ per day)
- Research and identify leads aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Create and deliver creative, personalized outreach to generate interest in our full range of advertising solutions
- Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting booking goals that directly impact pipeline and revenue
- Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- At least 2 years SDR or Outbound Sales experience
- Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette
- Ability to balance being creative and adaptable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- A competitive spirit that thrives in a highly accountable, metrics driven and tech savvy selling environment
