Business Development Representative

International Imaging Materials, Inc. (IIMAK) is a leading global provider of high-quality imaging and specialty materials. The Account Development Representative (ADR) plays a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and increasing revenue through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact assigned businesses to introduce and promote IIMAK's solutions, utilizing established outreach lists and channels
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships within the assigned region, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Manager to coordinate outreach efforts, account activities, and growth strategies
• Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative questioning, then recommend appropriate value-added solutions
• Balance relationship management ('farming') with proactive prospecting ('hunting') activities to maximize sales opportunities
• Utilize data, reporting tools, and CRM systems to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and support strategic planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions, account updates, and follow-up actions
• Support team and company goals by performing additional responsibilities as needed, including participating in training and development initiatives

Requirements:

• a minimum of two years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role with outbound responsibilities
