RockED is revolutionizing learning and training for automotive dealerships with a next-generation platform designed for various teams. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to initiate conversations with dealership decision-makers, advance partnerships, and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to automotive dealerships via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders, including owners, GMs, and department leaders
- Identify, qualify, and advance new sales opportunities for the sales team
- Support the growth of company partnerships by engaging, educating, and activating partners
- Execute upsell and expansion opportunities with existing customers and partners
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity in CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align messaging and strategy
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Requirements:
- Proven ability to build relationships over the phone and through email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
