Clipbook is a fast-growing startup seeking a results-driven Founding Enterprise Client Services Manager. The role focuses on managing relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Clipbook, and using industry knowledge to enhance client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Own a Portfolio of Enterprise Customers: Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention
- Pilot: Manage Pilot engagement over multiple different opportunities. Project management of Clipbook’s highest value accounts
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices
