About this role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to safely maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment at the Clinton, MO plant.
Shift: 6p-6a on the 2,2,3 schedule (train on days 6a-6p for about 2 months before moving to nights)
Pay: $22.66-$31.72 depending on experience
Essential Duties and Tasks:
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines.
- Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements.
- Must be able to identify and understand customer requirements.
- Maintain complete familiarity with production and support equipment.
- Perform project work as assigned.
- Responsible for completing all paperwork such as work orders, parts usage sheets and misc. logs as required.
- Know all safety requirements for Lock Out/Tag Out, Hazard Com. Std. And equipment specific safety procedures.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Hazardous waste handline/shipping
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical panels
- Experience with 480v 3 phase systems, 24v control
- PLC, relay logic, drive knowledge
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow complex troubleshooting instructions and identify parts from equipment maintenance manuals.
- Physically capable of moderate to heavy transferring of objects up to 100 pounds.
- Must have ability to perform electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
- Ability to access areas above head levels and work with both hands simultaneously.
- Ability to receive, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Possess a positive attitude and be able to work without supervision in a team environment.
- Ability to operate all plant production equipment.
