What you'll do...
The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Under minimal supervision perform Production Control Analyst duties as assigned.
Responsible for scheduling and follow-up for all Coyote, D35 rods, Nano and WEP Godzilla machining departments.
Responsible for ensuring material is in the plant for production builds by analyzing inventory data and daily requirements including the maintenance of accurate inventory records in CMMS, resolving supplier part shortages and overages, disposition of damaged materials, and other duties as assigned.
Create a 4-week manufacturing plan for each department based on customer requirements
Daily review of production count entries and investigate and correct any discrepancies.
Arrange expedite shipments as required through Lean Logistics Provider (LLP) and Premium Logistics Management, (PLM)
Participate in critical part shortage conference calls as required.
Use Customer requirement data (releases) along with the weekly manufacturing plans to produce and distribute daily machining build schedules to meet customer requirements.
Coordinate machined part shipments to meet customer requirements
Must follow all established procedures and processes, complying with all the requirements of the job function.
Start times may vary in accordance with the postings being covered and may include mandatory overtime (within regulated limits).

Education:
Post-Secondary education required. A degree/diploma in a logistics, business or accounting related field is preferred.(Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)

The expected monthly pay range for this position is $8,317.00 - $9,442.00.
