We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager specialized in the Beauty Salon industry to lead and manage the social media presence of our beauty salon group in Dubai.

This role requires someone who has hands-on experience managing social media for beauty salons across multiple popular platforms and understands how to create content that attracts real clients, builds brand authority, and supports business growth .

The candidate will be responsible for managing the social media presence of multiple salons , developing branding strategies, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our beauty salon franchise model .

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple beauty salons
Develop and execute content strategies across key platforms including:

Instagram
TikTok
Snapchat
Other relevant social platforms

Create content strategies that drive client bookings and brand growth
Build a strong and recognizable brand identity for the salon group
Develop social media strategies that support franchise expansion
Plan creative campaigns, promotions, and beauty-focused content
Coordinate photo/video production and oversee content quality
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize growth

Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements :

Proven experience managing social media for beauty salons or aesthetic clinics
Previous work experience in Dubai
Strong experience managing multiple social media platforms
Ability to develop branding and growth strategies
Must provide a strong portfolio of beauty salon social media accounts
Experience creating content that generates real clients and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with luxury beauty salons
Experience supporting multi-branch salon brands
Strong understanding of the Dubai beauty market
Experience in content planning for franchise or multi-location brands
