Help at Home is one of the nation’s leading providers of home-based care, supporting thousands of caregivers and the individuals they serve across multiple states. They are seeking a Director, HR Business Partners & Talent Planning who will play a pivotal role in shaping how the organization develops leaders and aligns talent strategy with business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and complex people matters
- Lead and support HR Business Partner execution across markets while helping bring an enterprise perspective to talent and leadership planning
- Partner with Talent Management and Learning leaders to advance succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership capability development
- Translate enterprise talent strategies into practical, field-ready solutions that operational leaders can implement
- Use workforce and talent data to identify trends related to leadership readiness, performance, and retention
- Help strengthen performance management practices that drive accountability, development, and results
- Support organizational design and change initiatives that help leaders scale their teams effectively
- Collaborate with HR partners across Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Learning to deliver integrated people solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR Business Partner leadership
- Experience supporting leaders in multi-site or distributed organizations
- Demonstrated experience driving enterprise talent initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance management
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate business strategy into people actions
- Experience working in fast-paced, operationally complex environments
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and change leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- Monthly or quarterly travel required
- Master's degree preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
