Solomon Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company delivering digital growth solutions to businesses. As an Account Executive, you will manage the full client lifecycle, focusing on connecting with business owners, identifying their growth challenges, and presenting appropriate services to solve them.
Responsibilities:
- Work company-provided leads through outreach, follow-up, and demo scheduling
- Run 3+ qualified appointments per week using company-provided frameworks and materials
- Present service tiers to business owners and decision-makers via phone and video
- Submit closed deals through the company CRM for management review and approval
- Optionally source your own leads through personal networking, social media, and direct outreach for enhanced commission rates
- Maintain ongoing relationships with your closed accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities: move website clients into SEO, SEO clients into lead generation, and so on
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact and escalate service issues to the operations team as needed
- Participate in daily standup meetings with your Sales Operations Manager
- Log all activity — calls, demos, follow-ups, notes — in the company CRM
- Attend weekly team training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching as scheduled
- Maintain a professional environment for all client-facing video calls
Requirements:
- Proven B2B closing experience over the phone or video — not just appointment setting
- Clear, professional English communication — you must be easily understood by US business owners
- Ability to explain technical services (websites, SEO, lead generation) to non-technical buyers
- Self-disciplined and organized: you manage your own schedule, pipeline, and follow-ups independently
- Available during US business hours (Eastern or Central timezone preferred)
- Own computer, reliable internet, and a professional video call environment
- 21+ years of age with real-world professional or sales experience
- Experience selling digital services, marketing services, or SaaS products
- Technical background or familiarity with web development, SEO, or CRM platforms
- Commission-only or 1099 sales experience
- Active social media presence or personal network for self-sourced deal generation
