This Beachfront Hi Rise Condominium Association is
seeking an experienced General Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader
for their residential community. This position is responsible for the
day-to-day management of building operations, staff leadership and oversight,
Board support, and coordination with outside professionals.
The General Manager works in partnership with the Board
of Directors and Campbell Property Management to support the operational,
administrative, and financial functions of the Association.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary
liaison to the Board of Directors

Prepare management
reports for Board of Directors

Direct and oversee daily
building operations and supervise on-site staff

Coordinate preventative
maintenance programs for major building systems
-
Administer and oversee
vendor contracts and service agreements

Work in conjunction with
engineers, contractors, and consultants engaged by the Association
-
Assist with annual
budget preparation and review monthly financial reports
-
Review invoices and
support financial oversight processes
-
Coordinate hurricane
preparedness and emergency response procedures when necessary

Serve as the primary
point of contact for residents

Administer community
policies in accordance with Board direction

Maintain accurate
records and documentation

Support Board meetings
and communications
-
Enforce community rules
and policies
