They are seeking a Partnership Executive to focus on partner acquisition and revenue growth by engaging high-performing real estate agents and educating them about the company's investment model.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and engage high-performing real estate agents (through your own sphere of influence, networking efforts, cold calls and warm leads which we provide)
- Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate fit
- Present Fusion’s investment model with clarity and conviction
- Navigate objections with our educational focused approach (no hard closing)
- Drive consistent monthly acquisition targets
- Serve as a strategic advisor to partners
- Influence revenue growth and operational adoption
- Ensure partners fully implement Fusion systems
- Drive expansion and retention
Requirements:
- Proven sales background (B2B, financial services, high-ticket, consulting, etc.)
- Fanatical obsession with performance and results
- Driven and self-motivated
- You see yourself as an A player who just needs the right shot
