ARTDAI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support the company's growth efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to expand market presence and achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals
- Research market trends, potential clients, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities
- Support outreach efforts including prospecting, email campaigns, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Participate in client calls, presentations, demos, and relationship-building efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and support go-to-market strategies
- Track interactions and maintain data hygiene in CRM systems
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Provide onboarding and customer service support to clients
- Monitor and report on key business development metrics and activities
- Support the coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving sales, customer success, and operations
- Other duties as assigned
