- Manage and grow your book of business to meet revenue and profit objectives

Requirements:
- Experience in truckload brokerage or logistics business development, particularly within asset-based carriers
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships

- Basic understanding of freight markets, pricing, and contract negotiation
