The role involves direct enterprise sales into commercial real estate portfolios and operators, developing a pipeline across priority US markets, and converting partner-generated opportunities into closed deals.
Responsibilities:
- Direct enterprise sales into commercial real estate portfolios and operators
- Development of a pipeline across priority US markets
- Conversion of partner-generated opportunities into closed deals
- Relationships with owners, asset managers, and facilities leaders
- Full sales cycle ownership from first conversation through contract
- Input into the US go-to-market strategy and commercial playbook
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Experience selling into commercial real estate, building operations, or facilities environments
- Experience selling BAS/BMS, EMS, HVAC optimisation, building analytics, or related smart building technologies or products
- A track record of closing complex, 6-12-month+, multi-stakeholder deals
- A strong hunter mentality with disciplined pipeline ownership
- Comfort operating in a growth-stage environment
