CyberHire partners with high-growth technology and SaaS companies across the United States and Canada to help them hire talented revenue professionals. We are currently seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and setting meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate new sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunities within the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
