Aduro Advisors is a premier services-first fund administrator entering a phase of significant growth. They are seeking a Product Manager to own Adurosoft, their Revenue Operations software, and optimize internal processes related to treasury, payments, and compliance workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Internal Roadmap: Drive execution for Adurosoft and a variety of internal tools surrounding treasury, payments, client service, and compliance flows
- Partner with Finance: Work directly with the CFO to ensure the RevOps infrastructure is robust, scalable, and provides a single source of truth for business health
- Maturing Salesforce Architecture: Lead the effort to reconcile and optimize our Salesforce environment, managing technical debt and object limits to ensure the system can support our next order of magnitude in growth
- Empower Client Services: Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure that downstream payment and treasury tools are efficient, secure, and user-friendly. Treat our internal teams as your primary "clients."
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements from the CFO and service leaders into scoped, actionable tickets for your Salesforce Administrator
- Manage Compliance Flows: Oversee the product logic for KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring our internal processes remain "best-in-class."
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of Product Management experience. We are targeting mid-level candidates, but high-potential associates with a strong technical or financial foundation are encouraged to apply
- Internal Tools & Workflow Expertise: Experience managing internal tooling, back-office platforms, or complex business workflows. You understand that the user experience of an employee is just as critical as that of an external customer
- Services Business DNA: Ideally, you have experience in professional services, financial tooling, or a hybrid SaaS + services model. You understand the unique challenge of building technology that supports high-touch human expertise
- Top-Tier Communication: You must be an exceptional writer and communicator. You can distill 'ambiguity into clarity,' document complex processes with ease, and keep stakeholders at all levels informed and aligned
- Systems Thinker: You enjoy thinking about how data flows through an organization and how one change in the CRM impacts the entire financial lifecycle
- Platform & Domain Knowledge: You should have experience in one of the following areas and the aptitude to quickly learn the other:
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, custom objects, and RevOps best practices
- Fintech/Payments: A basic understanding of treasury flows and compliance (e.g., the difference between KYC and AML)
- Bias for Action: You are comfortable working cross-functionally and 'pushing projects across the finish line' in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
