Booli is the world’s first Identity SIEM, driving up efficacy and efficiency for SOCs of all sizes. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to own the full sales motion and grow Booli's revenue with direct selling into enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Create and close net-new customer deals not sourced through existing channels
- Own the full cycle: prospect → discovery → demo support → evaluation → close
- Establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion (ICP, messaging, qualification)
- Build pipeline reliably and creatively through outbound and relationship networks
- Generate early 'wins' that fund future investment in additional sales hires
- Work directly with product leadership to translate buyer feedback into roadmap inputs
- Help refine packaging and pricing for easier adoption and faster time-to-close
- Plan to scale the sales function, as the business grows
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional sales experience, with proven success at early stage start-ups
- Hands-on experience with selling SIEM, MDR, EDR, etc to CISO and SOC operations
- Bring a mix of selling and business development to personally generate leads to close
- Balance solution, technology and business value in addressing the sale
- Strong desire to win personally through a roll-up-sleeve mentality
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments—adaptable, resourceful, and eager to take initiative
