Camarillo Fitness LLC, operating as Orangetheory Fitness, is dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals through innovative workout experiences. The Field Marketing Manager will lead local marketing efforts to enhance studio growth by managing grassroots activations, event partnerships, and community engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies that support studio growth and lead generation across franchise-owned markets
- Manage relationships with third-party event booking firms to secure high-quality community events and activation opportunities
- Evaluate event performance and ensure participation aligns with lead generation and conversion goals
- Establish event marketing playbooks and standardized best practices to help studio teams maximize results from community activations
- Train Studio Managers and teams on event execution, lead capture best practices, and effective follow-up strategies
- Identify and initiate corporate and regional partnership opportunities with employers, community organizations, and strategic partners
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers and studio leadership to align local marketing efforts with studio growth goals
- Monitor grassroots marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve event quality, efficiency, and return on investment
- Partner with studio and regional leadership to guide local marketing budget allocation, ensuring spend is directed toward the highest-performing events, partnerships, and grassroots initiatives
- Support the development of referral campaigns, community activations, and partnership programs that drive studio awareness and traffic
- Ensure consistent use of brand messaging, assets, and identity in all local marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, grassroots marketing, or multi-location marketing environments
- Experience managing events, community activations, or partnership marketing programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to influence and support field leadership teams
- Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
- Willingness to travel periodically to support key markets (up to 25%)
