Northbeam is building the world's most advanced marketing intelligence platform, and they are seeking a Senior Designer for Marketing Brand and Creative to help shape the company's visual identity. This role involves developing compelling visual content for marketing materials and collaborating with various teams to ensure designs align with business goals and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity Management: Together with our trusted external agency, our Brand and Creative Operations Manager and our product marketing and messaging team, you will develop, maintain, and evolve brand identity guidelines, including logos, color palettes, typography, and overall visual systems
- Creative Asset Creation: Design a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and print media, such as website graphics, social media assets, email templates, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and engineers, to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into high-impact visual stories
- Conceptualization and Storytelling: Participate in creative brainstorms and develop original design concepts that resonate with the target audience and drive action
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines
- Stakeholder Communication: Present and articulate creative ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed
