Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads
- Nurturing client relationships
- Presenting tailored LegalShield and IDShield offerings to potential customers
- Engaging in inside sales activities
- Supporting lead generation efforts
- Contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business
- Regular communication and collaboration via virtual platforms
Requirements:
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales for achieving revenue targets and building client trust
- Experience in Lead Generation and Business Development to identify opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to confidently present and explain services to prospective clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with subscription services or legal/identity protection industries is advantageous
