Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach
- Leverage existing book of business to drive revenue growth
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure smooth delivery without handling recruitment yourself
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in CRM
- Consistently hit or exceed $1M+ annual sales targets
- Bring creative, AI-enhanced approaches to prospecting and follow-up
Requirements:
- 7+ years in recruiting or staffing sales
- Proven track record of $1M+ annual sales
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high self-motivation
- Comfortable leveraging technology and AI to drive sales efficiency
- CRM experience required
- Experience with temp, temp-to-hire, or offshore staffing
