Accelon Consulting is seeking two Business Analysts specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support their Finance & Operations transformation initiatives. The roles focus on core finance processes, cross-functional collaboration, and driving high-quality solution delivery within the D365 F&O ERP ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and design scalable D365 F&O solutions
- Lead requirement workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation for Finance & Operations modules
- Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into system changes
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend improvements
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for end users
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial governance standards
Requirements:
- Deep functional expertise in D365 F&O R2R: General ledger, financial dimensions, allocations, period close, consolidation, fixed assets, cash & bank, and reporting
- Strong understanding of month-end close, journals, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience with Financial Reporter, management reporting, and audit/compliance processes
- Ability to partner with Controllers, FP&A, and Accounting teams to optimize R2R workflows
- 4–8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in D365 (any ERP) Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and accounting fundamentals
- Experience in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, or support projects
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global teams
