Customer Service Representative

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking Call Center Representatives to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis. The role involves answering inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for callers, and entering client/patient information into the system while establishing professional relationships to understand client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls
• Acting as first point-of-contact for caller
• Entering client/patient information into website
• Retrieving information relating to client/patient
• Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client/patient needs

Requirements:

• YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF INDIANAPOLIS
• YOU MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
• Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Call center or customer service experience
• Great interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
