As a Senior Learning Design & Enablement Specialist, you'll be a key part of our Learning & Development team - sitting within the broader Centre of Excellence - and play a meaningful role in shaping how people learn at and through SpryPoint. This isn't just a content creation role. You'll design scalable curriculum, facilitate live learning experiences, and help translate complex technical concepts into training that actually sticks. From client onboarding to internal enablement to partner certification, your work will have a direct impact on how successfully people adopt and use our products. π― You'll report to the L&D Team Leader and work closely with fellow Instructional Designers, as well as our Product Development, UI, and Service Delivery teams. πWhere You'll Work: This role is based out of our Atlanta, GA office on a hybrid basis - we ask that you're in the office around three days a week, though we're flexible on which days those are and happy to find a rhythm that works for you. Occasional travel may come up from time to time, though it's not a regular part of the role. βοΈ
π― What You'll Be Doing:
Designing engaging, outcome-driven training programs for clients, partners, and internal teams
Facilitating live training sessions, workshops, and learning events with confidence and energy
Supporting client and partner enablement throughout their implementation journey
Translating technical documentation and subject matter expertise into effective learning experiences, activities, and assessments
Contributing to the development of certification programs and structured learning pathways - including helping define what great looks like
Creating onboarding and enablement content that sets new SpryPoint team members up for success from day one
Partnering with cross-functional teams to keep training current with the latest product updates and implementation best practices
Developing content across multiple modalities - from instructor-led sessions to self-paced digital experiences
Bringing fresh thinking to the team and helping shape the future of digital and e-learning at SpryPoint
Leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to build modern, scalable learning experiences
π What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience designing high-quality training for software applications, with a strong focus on skills and competency-based learning
A certificate or diploma with a specialization in adult instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field
Hands-on experience with digital learning and AI-powered tools - experience with Articulate, Synthesia, or NotebookLM is a plus
Proven ability to facilitate training for technical products and audiences
A track record of developing learning content across multiple modalities
Exceptional verbal communication and advanced writing skills in English
Strong collaboration instincts and the ability to manage stakeholders with confidence and clarity
A genuine passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of what's next in L&D
