Team Introduction CSMs are the trusted advisors for our customers to help build solutions to achieve business objectives, provide guidance on best practices with enablement, be the advocate for the customer, and help customers boost creativity and engagement with our Team Productivity Suite (Lark). The Lark Customer Success team's vision is to enable every customer to achieve maximum value from their investment in Lark suite by creating a culture of trust with right interaction/engagement and at the right time.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

With the support of our full-time employees, you will actually perform the following tasks: - Support to increase clients' usage rate of Lark - Create materials that are easy to understand for clients explaining to them how to use Lark - Support to improve UX for Japanese clients - Share any incorrect translations, system bugs, etc., with the development team and help resolve clients' issues - User training - Explain to clients how to use Lark - Build up simple applications - Build simple applications and write manuals for users to improve their work efficiency
