Dynamic Nation is a Microsoft Dynamics consulting company seeking an experienced Managed Services Director / Client Success Director to lead and scale a growing client success and support organization. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence across managed services delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the managed services and client success function
- Drive client retention, renewals, and long-term account growth
- Establish scalable service delivery processes and operational frameworks
- Track and improve KPIs including SLA performance, CSAT, and client health
- Build strong executive relationships with key client stakeholders
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews and act as escalation point for strategic accounts
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Managed Services, Customer Success, or Service Operations leadership
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics, ERP consulting, or professional services
- Strong operational leadership and executive communication skills
