eNcloud Services LLC is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within their Cybersecurity Department. The role focuses on supporting the 2026 IT/OT Security Initiative by driving the deployment of Operational Technology security capabilities and managing cross-functional cybersecurity programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of IT/OT cybersecurity initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, budgeting and delivery tracking
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports for cybersecurity programs
- Track program milestones, KPIs, financials, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery
- Lead deployment and operationalization of OT network sensors and security monitoring technologies across prioritized operational sites
- Coordinate readiness activities for the Operational Technology Security Operations Center (OT SOC)
- Establish SOC processes, workflows, escalation paths, and performance reporting metrics
- Drive continuous identification, assessment and remediation of OT cyber risks through governance frameworks and security architecture alignment
- Maintain structured documentation including process documentation, architecture diagrams, risk registers, and governance artifacts
- Support implementation of IT/OT cybersecurity policies and operational security processes
- Collaborate with IT, OT, Engineering, Compliance, Physical Security, and Executive Leadership teams to align program scope and priorities
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, technical workshops and executive status briefings
- Coordinate field teams and technical groups to support security deployments and upgrades across operational environments
- Support physical security upgrade initiatives aligned with cybersecurity hardening standards
- Implement continuous improvement practices using Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable
- Proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and change management activities across complex operational environments
Requirements:
- Experience as a Cybersecurity IT/OT Project Manager (5+ years of project management experience, preferably within cybersecurity, OT, or critical infrastructure environments)
- Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity or security technology deployment programs
- Experience coordinating large cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical teams
- Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile project management experience
- Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
- Experience deploying security monitoring tools such as: Network sensors, SIEM platforms, Endpoint detection and response tools, Security monitoring technologies
