BioProcure is scaling rapidly across the U.S. life science ecosystem. We are seeking a high-energy, Outside Sales Business Development Leader to manage the US West Coast territory, responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new leads, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Territory Ownership & Pipeline Generation
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the West Coast territory, with a focus on emerging biotech and life science startups
- Source and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, event networking, and partner relationships with incubators, investors, and advisors
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of high-quality opportunities within HubSpot; ensure 100% data accuracy and forecast visibility
- Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to educate clients and understand their needs
- Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demonstration, value storytelling, negotiation, and close
- Drive consistent quota attainment through disciplined daily activity and strategic account prioritization
- Tailor presentations and demos to resonate with scientific founders, finance leaders, and operations executives
- Negotiate contracts and multi-year agreements that align with company pricing and margin objectives
- Partner cross-functionally to refine messaging, outbound sequences, and deal qualification criteria
- Represent Prendio-BioProcure at regional industry events, incubator programs, and life science innovation hubs to strengthen market visibility
- Provide voice-of-customer insights to influence product and marketing strategy
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in procurement, finance, or life science sectors
- Demonstrated success prospecting and closing net-new business without SDR or inbound pipeline support
- Proven ability to consistently exceed quota and manage high-velocity deal cycles
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and disciplined pipeline management
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives with autonomy, accountability, and measurable goals
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the assigned territory
