CDK Global is a leading provider of cloud-based software to dealerships and OEMs in the automotive industry. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will develop customer relationships, sell layered applications, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Uncover dealer needs and present appropriate products and solutions
- Follow up with the customer on any inbound leads within 24 hours
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
- 70% Client time via phone calls, Emails and video conferences
- Advance leads through the sales cycle
- Providing a high level of service and support is essential
- Create, prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, proposals, summary documents, etc
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continual customer engagement and follow up
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be customer focused and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills
- The ability to sell, negotiate, persuade and influence
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of CDK products and services (training provided)
- 3+ sales experience – inside or outside – preferably in technology sales
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Strong desire and ability for advancement within the sales organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Automotive Experience, preferred
